Can I get a refund?+
No. Once a charge is made and the storyboard is generated, the order is final and non-refundable. Please review your script carefully before generating the storyboard.
How long until I get my video?+
Videos are produced by our team on a best-effort basis after the storyboard is confirmed. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.
